Boiler service replaced the heat exchanger

New Boiler fitted and then Emergency call out same day for leaking pipes

Fenton arrived with assistant at 8am and didn’t leave until almost 7pm to fit our new boiler, informed us that it may have taken 2 days but was determined to stay and work until completed. After leaving due to our old toilet the new boiler pressure was too strong and created a leak however Fenton came back out immediately and fixed the problem and recommended the next step to solve the issue to buy a new cistern. Overall amazing customer service, friendly and very pleasant and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Fixed a leak and a drainage problem

Called Fenton, came round at the agreed time with his PPE equipment and sorted both problems in quick time. He explained what had gone wrong so as to avoid it happening again. Great service, highly recommend!

Bath and basin taps and both wastes replaced

Fenton is an excellent tradesman- I’ve used his services before and will happily do so again. He completed the work I requested quickly and to a high standard- and when an additional problem cropped up, he informed me, replaced the part and cleaned up afterwards. 10/10
